  • What is Gamerdium?

    Gamerdium is a hella lit video game retail company focusing on "The Real Gamer Experience." That means it's run by gamers, for gamers and not a room full of suits...well...unless we're talking about Agent 47 or 007.

  • What are your Hours of Operation?

    7 days a week 9:30am - 9:00pm (EST) text and email only from 9:30am - 2:00pm. Our online store is open 24/7/365.

  • What if I can't find the video game and / or product on your website? Can I place an order?

    We're always adding amazing video games, accessories, and other products. Even if you don't see the game title and / or product on our website, you can still contact us to place an order for any of your gaming needs.

  • How long does it take to receive an order from Gamerdium?

    Typically within 3-5 business days.

  • Is shipping free?

    Typically, shipping is not free. However, shipping is FREE with a Gamerdium Subscription. (Some exclusions may apply).

  • Do you offer video game repair services?

    Yes! Doesn't matter how old the console is: we've repaired Original NES, PSone, Sega Genesis etc., even up to newer consoles like Xbox Series X|S and PS5 Pro.

  • Are the repair services outsourced?

    No! We repair in-house.

  • How long do the repairs take?

    Depending on the issue, 6-10 business days. We want you to get back to gaming, but we also want to make sure it's fixed.

  • How can I access a refund if I want to cancel my purchase?

    You can email us at gamerdium@gamerdium.com with your order number and ask to cancel.

  • Do you have an awesome gaming subscription exlusively through Gamerdium?
